Refund & Return Policy
If there are any defects in the ordered product, we will send the replacement, once we have received the original returned item. All shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer for the resending of the items back to us. All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original packaging. If we can’t get you a replacement, we will refund you the full amount. This will also applies to wrong items sent, except, this time courier charge will be borne by us.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT
Please take note that any refund or replacement will have to be done within 3 days upon receiving the items. We will not refund after such date for any reason whatsoever. For “customer-requested” order cancellation, there will be a payment gateway charge that will be deducted from the refund amount.
In any cases, where you did not received the items that you ordered due to our mistakes (wrong address etc), we will refund you the full amount or send you a replacement (if we have an extra copy) at no extra cost. Do take note that the customer have the responsibility to enter the correct address. If not, we can’t refund you back your money.
Teenage Head Records will not be responsible to any problems on the courier side. Customer will have to follow up with Poslaju for tracking purposes, resending of items for unsuccesful delivery etc.
For limited editions (coloured vinyl etc) order, we will try to make sure you’ll get the variant that you ordered but due to the limitations, sometimes not everybody can get what they want, especially for the the sought-after limited titles. We will consult you first, if you still want the regular version. If not, we will cancel the order and refund you back your money.
